I have looked around the site trying to search a DIY Clark, but have come up short..

I definitely could have missed it, and if I did, I appologize.

Has anyone ever tried a DIY Clark.

I have some material, and I think I am going to give it a try, I want to use regular 1.9 ripstop, and would like to know if anyone has any experience with this..

What Material was used?

Any issues with the end caps?

Any issues with the zipper?

And if anyone has one, what are the dimensions?

I think you might find something if you search for a DIY Claytor hammock. The basic design is the same between the Clark and Claytor. It is fairly simple compared to an HH Clone IMO.
