Ya'll are nuts! How do you cook without Lone Star? I mean, there's always Pearl, but I've not been that desperate yet.

    Is beer considered "food"
and how does that fit into the recent poll of food in the hammock?

Except for Bud ... yeah it is

WARNING: Will discuss Rhurbarb Strawberry Pie and Livermush at random.

It is on the AT. Heard the discussion many times on the merits of beer as food.
However, I can't remember a single occasion that there was enough left at camp that somebody made the decision to bear bag it, so maybe a little thread drift.

No problems with thread drifts haha. I think it's great that everyone here is really nice, and there are lots of hangers in Texas. We'll definitely have to do a Texas Group hang before April!

I'm really happy with my Warbonnet. I need to get the Yeti or some other equally good UQ before I start any cold night camping. I do have a tarp to keep me shielded from the elements though.

Shiner all the way! Love it. Bock is a great Texas beer. And I would consider it a food, because my friend Randall lived off Shiner while sleeping in his truck...for like a week that's all he drank. He's doin' fine now. Had a gash in his head for a little while though......
