I am loving this gear sling! I appreciate that it is large enough to keep my down pillow in the bag with my sparrow without having to stuff it in too tightly. It's big enough to put my boots in and keeps them off the ground while I nap in the woods. This is such a smart way to use a double ended stuff sack. I usually hang it off the side of my hammock on the tie outs but it also works well in the ridge line.

I was wondering how the Gear Slings would work at holding boots, and after reading your post, I now have a couple Gear Slings on order.

It works for my size 12 boots!
