Thinking about heading out Friday after work - any one interested in joining?
By the time I could get there would be after 8pm,,,, I'll pass on this one.
Randy - could you make stubblefield? I might consider going there.
Not sure about this weekend, although I would love to go if I could make it work, just don't count on me.
I enjoyed SFA for the most part, but it was so nicely manicured, with no underbrush anywhere in the camping area... felt like I was camping in a park.
A bit too civilized for my tastes.
Deer season (white tail) is over now........

My opinion, but I am guessing that was Randy's point.
Camping is still restricted to designated campgrounds till Feb 10th. but atleast the Deer Hunters are not hoggin up Stublefield.
Ref. Friday night, I will pass, it is to much hassle for me getting off work at 5pm downtown Houston and trying to get anywhere. Much less setting up camp in the dark.

I'll try to stay out of trouble and not camp off the trail for a bit more.
