Hey Guys From a Hammocker in East TN

I have been hanging weekly for a while now in the smoky mountains. Love winter camping and I am quite the homesteader in the woods (not much of a long distance hiker)

Just wanted to say hi to you all and see if there are any fellow smoky mountain hangers.

i don't live close but i come down for smoky hiking/hangs 1 or 2 times per year, love it down there!!!

Hey I was born in Huntsville AL! Yeah I am really lucky to live only 45 minutes from such a beautiful place. Would love to spend some time out west in the Rockies but I am quite used to our small mountains

All of us Knoxville-area folk should plan an easy get-together hang this year. Someplace everybody can access, such as the TVA Undeveloped Recreation area adjacent to Haw Ridge? Or any other suggestions. I'll start a thread.
