    Super quick simple ridgeline organiser

So I cut the fabric tonight to sew up a set of snake skins for my Vertex tarp. Inspiration being a nasty wind while trying my first DIY hammock. I figured I had tons of material left to try an organiser. This was somewhat thrown together with basic measurements and since the lady at jo-ann's cut it slightly off I used that to give the pockets a slight natural open finish to make it easier at night. (yes, I trimmed most of the excess)

Now I just need to make it in grey to match my hammock.
    This DIY bit is addictive!

Excellent work. DIY is quite addictive. The big projects are great but we polish our skills on the small ones.

Great work, the contrasting stitching looks really nice. Oddly enough, my organizer is almost the exact same design with a large book pocket and smaller phone pocket. One thing I found was that with much weight in it, like a book, it has a tendency to accordion together and not stay taut. I had to add some grosgrain tabs to the sides which I hook to prussiks on the ridge line to keep it taut and in position.

Gosh, I haven't read any of the Myth novels since high school ('84-'88). I've got way too many books on my reading list to be re-reading old favorites, and yet... D*mn you and your suggestive pictures!

Nice RL organizer by the way. I need to make one for myself and I like the simplicity of yours. My only change would be the addition of a pocket for my spectacles.

Cam, thanks for the heads up. I will see how it works.
