I am just starting out on this machine. Can some one tell me how this looks?

What does the other side look like? If it looks like this side, it's good to go.

I agree, that side loos good. As long as the otet side lioks the same....sew on.

Once in a while you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.....

Looks fab.

Where your stitches are short is just your feed dogs slipping on the fabric a little, which tends to happen on thin, slippery ripstop. I wouldn't worry about it. Tension looks good.

Many would recommend you assemble a small project with the same material before attempting a quilt. You will need a stuff sack anyway.
