Guys,
To be honest I'm not sure what the name of these are as I find the falls listed as Mize Mill Falls and Turkey Creek falls. I "believe" this is Turkey Creek and I'm not real sure if one of them is Mize Mills falls and the other major falls is Turkey Creek falls. It's definitely a hidden gem as I've been going to Sipsey River Trail Head for years and didn't know about this but it's only a half mile west of the Sipsey River trail head. You cross the old bridge and then make a right (north) turn under the highway bridge and you are on the trail.
I found it today. I was going to do the 202, 209 and 201 loop but when I got to where 202 crosses the sipsey it started sprinkling so I just turned around and did the 202 back to the trailhead. By the time I got back to my car it stopped and a friend went to turkey creek falls last weekend and I decided to go find it since it stopped raining. The cascade waterfall that's closes to canal road is mize mill water fall and the biggest waterfall you took a picture of is turkey foot creek falls. That area is named turkey foot canyon and you are right it is turkey foot creek

Such a beautiful place! Thank you so much for sharing your journey! I do wish I were closer or had more time to explore. I just go so slow that going up on sat morn and getting back by Sunday afternoon and still doing chores doesn't do it justice.
I should probably go more often anyway, huh?

It's not bad at all. I live roughly and hour and a half away and have been down the last 4 weekends. It's a spiritual place for me. Not sure why but it puts me in my happy place. We're running out of time to enjoy it as the weather is so warm the over growth is starting in some areas.
Really good pictures. I enjoyed checking this area today. It is a great place to leave all your stress behind.
You should check out the group hang on April 7-9 at the wolfpen campground in the sipsey
