Backer 32 got mine today! Never recieved a tracking number. I got a reg dark olive, peak shelf, bottle holder, tarp and hardware. As a huge cinch buckle guy the beetle bugs are going to take a little getting used to, I sadly watched the video 3 times before it really started clicking. Everything looks like excellent workmanship as always, unfortunately due to weather I cannot hang it for a few days. In the mean time I think i may order some more dutchware, I think 10' straps and sewn dutch clips will go great with this and save some weight!

Backer 169, pledged in the first 3 hours (first chance I could get because kickstarter kicked off while I was working), and *somewhat* patiently waiting.

I believe I'm a little after the midpoint as far as backers go, so it would be nice to get a rough guess as to what week or month I'll receive it.

This is a challenge to do but I can give you the best numbers I got now...

We didn't get the funds form the Kickstarter until March 1st. We couldn't send off the surveys until then so it was an tough wait for us and I am sure the backers too. We did send out preliminary emails to find out what the first 100 packers wanted but everyone had the right to change at the time of the survey. We shipped out the first batch on the 6th and another batch on the 9th. We shipped out anther batch yesterday and the total shipped is 70 of the first 100. I looked through the remaining 30 orders and we are making the product needed for that. We still have some components on order but we have enough to keep the ball rolling. We are not making one hammock at a time. We are making 5 to 10 of each of the products at a time to keep us efficient.

We can make about 35 hammocks a week right now. I have been on a hiring spree and got 3 really great seamstresses. We have 5 to 6 industrial sewing machines running non-stop all day. We are hoping by next week we can get that up to 50 to 55 hammocks a week. We think all the kickstarter hammocks will be out by mid May. We are trying to go in order as much as we can but we do have so skip around a little.

Now with that said, I cannot foresee the future. We have a blizzard coming in tonight and we will probably lose the next two days. We have to keep up with current orders and this is our busy season. Employees quit, die, get sick, have children that get sick and even have the nerve to want to go to lunch everyday. So these are guesses I am putting out there to give you as much information as possible. The only promises I can make is we are doing our best and you will be very pleased with the product.
    Peace Dutch

Backer 63, got mine today, never got the shipping info. Sadly I have some items missing. The hammock is gorgeous though. I know my son is going to love it. Spring camp is a month away and my boy will get to hang in it. He already asked to take his indoor hammock down and sleep in his chameleon.

    Thanks Dutch!

    Backer 63,

If the items you are missing are the shelf or other accessories they may just be coming in a second shipment. Either way I'm sure if you PM Dutch he'll make it right.

In the meantime, feel free to check out my inspirational video above.
