Typing this as I lay in my new coyote brown 2.4. Backer #44. So far so good. As a devoted Ridgerunner fan this gathered end thing will take some getting used to. Got the standard width and don't think I would need a wide. Seems to be plenty of room. The hexon 2.4 is definitely a sturdy material. No doubt it will support 400 pounds plus. (I'm only 220.). In hindsight I would have gone with 1.6, but the 2.4 will be just fine. Love the Beetle buckles!!! Got the bug free version with a pocket and peak shelf. If it all works out I'll order a topcover at some point. You can do that, right? (Just kidding...). Thanks Dutch and tell the elves they have another happy hanger!

I'm glad you are satisfied with the regular width. I know it was a tough decision.
    Peace Dutch

What are the two shock cords that were by themselves in the package with the plastic doohickeys on them for? Are they the pull outs?

From Dutch's figures I guess I will be around 2 weeks time plus international shipping delays. Still good for me.

In the meantime, feel free to check out my inspirational video above.
Yes I intend to PM and email Dutch. I am sure things were just an oversight. They were added things so they might be in a second shipment. Because the package sure was stuffed to the brim! Love what I have so far!

I don't know what shipping times are for the UK but my Chameleon arrived here in Canada in 7 days. That included going through customs and all.

Backer #33 haven't received mine yet or a tracking number. I'm sure it will show up soon though. How has these been being shipped? USPS or UPS?

Backer number 38. Received my Chameleon yesterday. I never got a shipping notification via email either.

If you follow the link in the email you got when you filled out the survey from BackerKit it will have a tracking number from the US Postal Service if it shipped. At least in my case it did.
