Another vote for Costco down throws with cam snaps or a sewn footbox if you have a thread injector. Pretty hard to beat 20 bucks or less for what ends up being a 40-50* TQ for most people.

I also think the thrift stores are a great resource. If you are patient you will find some great down items that will work!
