    Hard to make a mistake when you're going that slow LOL.

    They're not perfect, probably look a bit better in that pic than in person, but I'm pretty happy with it. If I can do long seams as well I'll be more than satisfied.

    That little point on the bobbin shuttle case has to grab the thread just as the needle changes direction. That's when the little bit of slack is in the thread.

    Always change the needle first if tensions don't correct the problem. Then look at timing, gear damage, and if it's clean inside.
    Thanks to all who posted here. I had a similar problem this morning. I changed out the needle and well you know best. Bent needle was the culprit. Machine works like new again.
