    What is the point of the plastic bulb?
    I'm not trying to bust your idea but, my old cotton shoe laces have always worked well wicking the water down and away from the suspension. Am I missing something?

    It was simply an up cycling idea I had to keep the plastic out of the landfill. It is a top to a squeeze pouch.
