Thanks for finding this deal! The last synthetic TQ I made from 3.6 CS cost more than this for the materials. I do find the inner red color blinding, although the price and 3" loft has helped me see past the red. I bought it to car or kayak camp, and then I can save my diy "custom" quilt for stealthy adventures.

    Thanks again Dave!

I have one of these. I got it for $25. Well worth it for a cheap blanket/quilt. Its a bit heavy at 1 lb 14oz. But I like having it to have in case one of my friends needs to borrow a quilt. Its rated at 45*F

    Aragorn: You've already had it.
Pippin: We've had one, yes. What about second breakfast?

I jumped on this thinking it would be good for me to have in the house, thinking it could be used as a TQ. Well, its a blanket. It has snaps around the "leg" end of the blanket which would wrap the blanket around your legs as you drape it over you on the couch - a great idea at home or sitting around at camp. Not conducive to sleeping at all because it doesn't form a footbox, though perhaps with an alteration of velcro, it might work for that. For $35 I can't complain, except that I wish I got the $25 deal.

I will say that it has a bulky feel to it and, therefore, seems like it would be warm, but it does pack down pretty good - about avg for synthetic considering its size and weight.
