Nice! Professionally done...The GQ mosel must have set you back some coin

probably should post this in the thread about sleeping bags with arm and foot holes...but night before last I slept in a Speer 8.5, a PeaPod, inside with a Wallcreeper but I rememberd to use the JRB down sleeves...nice combo. Added a 1/4 inch pad inside and was very warm at 16F with no wind.
Nice review. I bought a pair on sale about two weeks ago. They seemed like a multi purpose item. I guess i'll find out soon.

Yeah !!!!! ...... those sleeves are quite the versatile piece of gear. Been carrying mine with me for a couple years now and never go without them. always a pillow and often a bootie. Sometimes a sleeve or a mitt or a hat or I stuff them into my shirt or pants to warm a particular chilly part.

"I fish because I love to; because I love the environs where trout are found, which are invariably beautiful... because, in a world where most men seem to spend their lives doing things they hate, my fishing is at once an endless source of delight and an act of small rebellion; because trout do not lie or cheat and cannot be bought or bribed or impressed by power, but respond only to quietude and humility and endless patience...." --Robert Traver
I've used the sleeves now for 3 nights, one night before the Uwharrie hang and 2 nights there. The Jacks get a Merit award for ingenuity on these--so many uses and so little weight. If you are following the thread about sleeping bags with arm holes etc. the usefullness of the JRB sleeves is obvious.
