With my 67th birthday and with the permission of my financial advisor, I bought the $250 (original price) Eno Solo Pod hammock stand last week with REI's 20% off any one, full price item sale. The value is that she likes it better than my SpeerJack stand, and it fits in the bedroom parallel with her bed. Patience is fullness, so if you want one of these, start a campaign to get one the next time that REI has a 20% off sale, maybe the same time next year.
At 9'4" between the stand's attachment hardware, with my 11' indoor hammock, I had to wrap the short dog bones (used as continuous loops on the ends of the hammock fabric) around the ends of the stand twice, to shorten the cinched fabric closer to the ends of the stand. The hang is low but not touching the floor. Thank you to forum member "Lymphocytosis" for my indoor underquilt, which is a long wide piece of Climashield, encased in nylon, with attachments on each corner.
