    tldr: Warbonnet Rocks!

I'm going on a camping trip and the weather is going to be colder than I expected.

Two weeks ago I ordered a top quilt, under quilt, and some tent stakes from Warbonnet. The notice on the website clearly stated that it would take three weeks for my items to come in. Unfortunately the stuff I had planned to take camping wasn't going to be warm enough. I thought I was just going to have to cancel the trip altogether but I kept checking the Warbonnet website I noticed that they had a blemished under quilt. I emailed and they switched my whole order around and are overnighting it so I will be nice and toasty in my blackbird this weekend!

Amazing! And while it's super cool that it worked out well for me, just the fact that they would consider doing this speaks to excellent customer service.

I've found that Brandon and crew are always ready to assist any way they possibly can. Congrats on the equipment and have fun and warm on that trip.

I was in a similar pinch a few summers back, unexpectedly needing a second SuperFly immediately. Brandon overnighted me a discounted "blemished" SuperFly. Two years later I am still baffled over what the "blemish" is! It looks and functions every bit as perfectly as the unblemished SuperFly I already had!

I'm always surprised people don't take advantage of the blemished items... they're all perfectly functional... they're just unique...

The cottage vendors as a whole on this forum always go above and beyond to help out. Warbonnet is no exception. I've dealt with Warbonnet, Arrowhead, Dream Hammock, Dutch, and HammockGear and have had nothing but positive interactions with each and every one.
The more I learn about people, the more I like my dog.
