Ordered mesh skin last year and the year before. Never received any conformation, but less than a week later I owned some very nice gear. If she starts selling hats again, I will order one or two.
Kat contacted me first thing this morning and worked everything out. Sounds like her site had some technical difficulties and she wasn't aware of my order.
She was apologetic, offered to make me a set of skins this weekend, and priority ship them Monday morning. She's also throwing in a ridgeline organizer for my trouble.
I asked her about the hats she's sold in the past, and learned that carpal tunnel is preventing her from knitting at the present time.
I can affirm that her customer service is outstanding and know from a previous order I placed last year that the quality of her work is excellent.
I'm grateful for the wonderful cottage venders we have in the hammock community!
Technical problems are a reality in every business, but vendors like Kat and Dutch go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied!
