    Double Yeti?

Has anyone tried using a winter Yeti for your torso and a 3 season Yeti for your legs/feet?

I just made some elastic connectors that hook the two together via the pearl snaps. It seems to hold well. I rigged some elastic at the foot and head ends so I can regulate the venting as well.

I plan on trying it this weekend and will post my results.

I've wondered about this too. The only thing I'm not sure about is if the foot end will cinch up enough since there is no drawstring. Not an issue at the head end since the quilt isn't designed to go up much past the shoulders.

Here are some quick pic of the test set up in my garage. The pearl snaps are easy to use and can be added to the Yeti very easily. I used some elastic at the foot and head to quickly cinch up the ends. Toasty!

I can see that the gap between the two quilts will separate durning the night so I have to come up with a way to connect them end to end. I might use some pearl snaps or maybe some velcro/omitape.
