I am considering sewing a new down filled summer top quilt. I want to make this top quilt as light as possible, so I do not want to add the noseeum dividers.
Has anyone made a karo step SEWN THRU top quilt?
Is there any benefit to the Karo Step for a sewn thru (other than not having to weigh the down for each chamber)?

IMO, down on a TQ doesn't migrate as much as a TQ. I'd make wider chambers and makes sure I had enough down...should be fine
