You can find the book locally in the gorge from some cottage vendors for like 15-20 bucks

Its $20 at the Shell station when you get off the Mt. Pkwy, they have it propped up in the window behind the cash registers. It will be a good reference book for future trips...
+1 on Hansen's Pt. I would skip it, Mem Day weekend will be so busy out there you wouldn't get any sleep even if you could find a place to hang. Water is over mile away and down in the valley on Chimney Top Creek. I would postpone that option for a more 'normal' weekend or weekday trip.
