Just in from The Perfect Trees!!!!

I got home from a day trip to East TX today and at the door was a package from stormcrow. Yes, it's my TX 2 season full length synthetic UQ. The reason for a 2 season UQ is because in south TX our normal winter is 40's at night and 60's in day. We may get lower but not more than 2 weeks in most normal years which I don't plan on sleeping in those conditions.

Check it out. Looks awesome, great craftsmanship and I know is going to do the job. I can't wait to put it to on and try it out. Thank you stormcrow!!!!

Great photos! I didn't know Stormcrow made synthetic versions, although I should have guessed -- he does a lot of custom work. Looks great!

Yep, I have done many more down filled quilts than synthetic but this one turned out nicely. There are 16 tabs around the perimeter along with a channel style suspension on this one. It can also be used for a top quilt if necessary. I had fun making it and would do so again I think.

One note though: That quilt is the second to the last one that I am making with the RealTree camo. I am pretty sure that is the last of that fabric in the free world! Consider it a limited edition until I can find more...somewhere....

It has 6.0oz climasheild and will take the him to his desired low temperatures (40s-50s) and then some. Not sure what the weight was since I did not have that particular scale with me at the time. If I remember right it is @ 79"-48" (I dont have my notes here)

Anway, glad you like it Bobby, thanks for the pics. Now get some of that puppy in action!
