Funny, I thought the same thing when I first read it. I know my wife has done things similar. Frankly, the fact that you were even given notice is truly amazing.

So, reading his OP I'm thinking, she buys him a hammock and in return she sleeps alone... So, If he had bought her candy, roses, and a nice expensive dinner out, and she came home and said 'Thanks so much, Honey!' and proceeded to spend all night eating her candy, smelling her roses, and quietly digesting her dinner in another room, he would most certainly understand! I mean, he bought her the candy and roses so she should enjoy them, shouldn't she?

(reason #2015 that I'm still single I guess, I think too much...)
