It sounds like there is a lot of interest it just needs a date set and location finalized.
How about in the Cohutta Wilderness/Cherokee National Forest. I know I nice car camping spot on a trout stream and also an easy backpack to the Conasauga River. Let me get some feedback and I might post one.
