I'm up for a good hike, otherwise I'll be eating all day.
Speaking of Fireball, I'm making my Fireball Apple Pie on Saturday.

Have you ever heard of Cincinnati or"Skyline" chili?

Really popular with the Buckeye folks....
It's just a kind of thin meat chili, but you can have it 1-2-3 or 4-way....
- Two-way: spaghetti topped with chili (also called "chili spaghetti")
- Three-way: spaghetti, chili, and cheese.
- Four-way: spaghetti, chili, cheese, and onions.
- Four-way bean: spaghetti, chili, cheese, and beans (beans substituted for the onions)
- ["Five-way": spaghetti, chili, cheese, onions, and beans.]
Very different to have the rest of the ingredients not cooked into the chili.
I once suggested to my buddy that we add lettuce and some sour cream... I thought he was going to have a conniption fit and go into a stroke.
I think I blasphemed.

Mine is topped with cheese and sour cream and served with meat and beans over spaghetti. That’s FL chili

I will have pasta puttanesca for Saturday night with garlic bread I think, I haven't thought about dessert much. I thought of making gingerbread that might work.
I am totally up for a hike. I am interested particularly in hiking any of the 52 with a view or NH hundred highest that I have not done yet. I believe Blueberry mountain is on that list and is not too far from there.
I'm making Poor Man's Beef And Pork Soup. No Bacon Apple Pies this time...
