    P-Ville Hanger

I was just going to introduce myself, my name is Josh and from Prattville, AL and I have just recently started to hang. I currently have a HH Exped Asym. w/ a Speer winter tarp, but seriously thinking about purchasing a WBBB 1.1 DL. What yalls opnion? Being 6'2' and about 225 i find the HH a little snug.

I'm surprised you fit in the Expedition at all. I'm 6' and am not comfortable in my Expeditions. Explorer or Safari models would fit you much better. A Blackbird will take you to the next level of comfort. If you're shopping around anyway, I'd certainly go that route.

Welcome JC785! I am down in Baldwin County Alabama. I have some good friends up in Prattville. Great to have you here. I just ordered my first hammock...a WBBB 1.1 DL. I will let you know how it hangs once I get it and try it out. I'm not quite your size though (5'11"; 180), but I have read some reviews from folks in your range and every one I have seen seems to LOVE their BB.

There are a lot of great guys here at the forums. Look around and I am sure you will find what you are looking for.

Welcome! I grew up a ways north on I-85 around Newnan, GA. Been through Montgomery many a time but only by Prattville once or twice.

Congratulations on ordering the WBBB 1.1 DL -- I have one and really like it. Brandon, like the other cottage industry shops associated with hammocking, makes top quality goods. And he's easy to work with, too!

Welcome to HF from a fellow Bama hanger. Congrats on the Blackbird, from the reviews I have read you will not need another......may want many but not need any others! Noticed that you are looking at making the Feb. Pinhoti Hang. I hope I will get to see you and the rest of the guys on saturday morning around 10 at the Adams Gap TH.
