HG - Hammock Gear folks are plumb CRAZY!

I bumped across a thread that I can't seem to locate, but the gist was that HG would retro fit the earlier UQ Phoenix models that didn't have a draft collar at no charge. Since I have one of the earlier Phoenix w/o draft collar I thought it would be worth asking.

Not only did they say "send it in", but they had the retro fitted UQ back to me in less then 10 days since I sent the inquiry. Now isn't that some kind of crazy customer service?

Come to think of it, maybe that is why I own a HG Winter Palace tarp too. And use to own a standard HG CF tarp, before I out grew it for the WP.

Nice to hear.
What about the 3/4 UQ that they made prior to being called Hammock Gear!
(That said, haven't really had issues, and pretty pricey to ship from Canada)
