    Issue with skeeters in Raven

Having skeeters find their way inside my Raven. Seems to be a small hole where the zipper starts. On every corner. Tried tightening up the drawstring but it doesn't help.

    Any ideas?IMG_20170616_194226.jpg

I found that if I happen to lay too much off-center toward my head end, there would be a small hole at my foot end. But if I just make sure I'm centered in the hammock- as I should be, everything tightens up perfectly. Mine is Hyper D 1.6, and I'm 6'1". I imagine if someone is very short, or if theirs is made with extra wide fabric, it could possibly be difficult to get the ends to seal up properly.

Also, is that picture taken with someone inside the hammock? I'm thinking there will always be holes when it's not under load.

EDIT: I just checked mine, and it does not have any holes when resting empty. I would definitely contact the Smurfs and see what they say.

Pic was taken with my wife in the hammock. I had her lay several different ways and the hole is always there. Right at the foot end.

She was the first to notice it when I was hanging a week ago.

ETA ... I made sure she was centered And laying correctly.

No answer, but I am interested. I have a Raven on order and would like to figure this out.
Homer: Sir, I need to know where I can get some business hammocks.

Hank Scorpio: Hammocks? My goodness, what an idea. Why didn't I think of that? Hammocks!

    Hi Fiver,
It looks like you are laying too close to the end of the zipper. It also looks like the ends aren't cinched up enough.
Take a peek at these photos and you can see how the netting seals at the different ends.

Will have to try a little bit less of a diagonal lay. I will say my Raven doesn't seem to fold over like in the pic posted so it is probably due to what you say. Will just have to experiment.

I just got back from a week at boy scout camp where I slept in my Raven every night. I believe that they breed mosquitoes. I never got bit once while in my hammock.
I loved being in there all night with no worry about any insects, or when I napped during the day.
