I bought the non-bug-net hammock and UQ when they were on Woot a couple of months ago. The hammock is on the short-ish side for me (right around 9' if memory serves) but it works for my 11 YO. The UQ is good to around 50*F. He uses it indoors and likes it just fine. The one time he hung outside he said he got cold (~60*F), but he may have had the UQ suspension really cranked up tight. I consider it a decent spare piece of gear, or an inexpensive loaner. YMMV.
    Thanks,

Copied and pasted from the xsforis thread linked above.

I bought 3 of these and after using it inside for about 5 days I cant imagine it being worth the weight for anything but a true florida summer. it will work well for me and my grandsons for summer and indoors but if it may get down in the 60's i'll pack my Costco diy UQ and below that my EE.

if you live were summer nights don't fall below 70 and don't want to make your own this isn't bad for 25 bucks other than that I would not recommend it at all, why carry more than one under insulation just use one piece that works imho.

I got two of the TR Camp Hammock and Flare UQs. I use hammock nearly all the time. Specs list it at 10' feet long by 4'9" wide. I haven't measured it. I upgraded one to whoopie suspension and the other to a cinch buckle/strap system. I've pretty much abandoned the underquilts. Someone described them as blue canoes in the other thread. There is no stretch to the width at the ends, which makes it very difficult to overcome the sag in the middle and get the insulation up to ward off CBS. So after about 9 months with this system, I like the hammock but have found the UQ too difficult to be useful and have since gone to cottage vendor UQs. I now have two "blue canoes" I don't know what to do with. I used one once as pita pocket topquilt, but that didn't work so well either
