I want to say how delighted I am with Dutch's customer service. I recently placed an order for, among other things, a couple of Stingerz. My order arrived with customary promptness. But, when I opened it up last night, one of the Stingerz was missing its carabiner gate.
So, at 8:45 p.m. I emailed dutchwaregear.com explaining the situation, and that I was really hoping to use the hardware in just a couple of days. I figured I'd get a response the next day. I was delighted to get a response in 20 minutes. That's roughly 11 p.m. his time. He promised to send me a replacement with a return envelope, to get it to me ASAP. He further expressed concern that it might not arrive in time, so he gave me a suggestion on how to make it work as-is for my outing.
I couldn't be more pleased with his response.
