Not sure how many nights or who I'll bring with me, but I plan to be there!
Count me in for all three days
Thinking about it hard... From Cali - I-40 to I-17 to Hwy 87 to FR141?

I'm there, definitely two days, maybe all three....

If you come in on the I-40 to Flagstaff, it would be faster to take Lake Mary Road [209?] to HWY 87. You come out right at the campsite without having to backtrack.
Correction....
If you are closer to the I-10, then the I-10 to the I-17 to the 260 to the 87 is much faster.

Put me on the list as interested!
I won't know until a few weeks out if my work schedule will line up, but I would love to make it to this one.
I was asked about the road access to the campsite. There are two main ways to enter.

From the south side you can to turn right onto FR 147 and then immediately left onto FR 147A. When coming from the south you can save a few minutes by using FR 147, but it is a little harder to spot the first time than FR 141.
On the north side of the camp you turn onto FR 141. You travel in a little way before turning right onto FR 147A. FR 141 is in the middle of a field, clearly marked and much easier to spot.
Both roads are dirt and well graded. When turning into the campsite there are usually a couple of rocks and bumps at the entry, but with a little care we always get small sedans in there.
If you are new to the area you can get digital maps here.

I like the Coconino South travel map. It has a free mobile version that I use through an app called Avenza Maps.
^ Thanks Kurt
