Virgin Falls state park. Lots of waterfalls, overhangs, caves, etc and its free. Frozen Head became one of the overpriced Stick-it Master victims this past spring where you have to pay lots of fees to register weeks in advance. It was nearly in my back yard and they killed it. Big South Fork, Virgin Falls are both still free of the fee scams. (I consider it a scam when most of the funds are paid to the ticket processor and virtually nothing makes it back to the actual park)

All the listed looks great. To add: Montgomery Bell has some nice local loops and camping, and so does Long Hunter State park, with 5 mile "in and out" campsites.

LBL west of Nashville up 24. Get your LBL Backcountry permit and you can camp just about anywhere you want save for a few restrictions concerning distance from The Trace and established camp grounds.

Is LBL for Land between the Lakes or some other park in Tennessee?

Yes, Land Between the Lakes. Walk into the woods and start camping.
