I'll be there!
can't wait!
We need a volunteer that is arriving late Friday afternoon with a pick up to get wood from the family campground. We can find the volunteers to help load and unload, just need an empty truck.

I just looked at my calendar to discover that fall MAHHA is a week later this year than last. Very sadly, we have to bow out. Hope to see you all in the spring!

Not that anyone is counting down the days, but we are down to 19 days not counting today. Just throwing that out there!
I know there are a few things planned for the day s, but would one of you MAHHA veterans share some info on local hiking trails? I definitely want to put down a few miles at some point. I see the AT passes not too far west of where we will be. What are the hiking options and are there connecting trails that can get me to the AT? How about a loop from our site to the AT and back so I can check off a section or three on my AT map?

Yes, my pack weighs 70lbs, but it's all light weight gear....
