I've been here for a long time...

I've been here on the forums for a long time, but haven't posted in a long time. Although I'm not camping much, I'm heavily involved in the outdoors, mostly fishing. Since I last posted I started a fishing YouTube channel. I see lots of people camping in summer to go catfishing via juglines on the lake/river. It's a fun way to fish, and I thought of getting my hammock back out and in working order.

Anyway here's one of my latest videos to get a sense of what I'm doing now:

I see that Spear Hammocks isn't around any more. What happened? They got me started in hammock camping years ago.

Welcome back! Ed Speer was kind of the grandfather of modern hammocking.

Fishing with maggots as bait? Learn something new every day. Are they store-bought maggots or do you grow them yourself?
