Hi Niagara, you can borrow my HG Incubator 0 for that weekend if you like? Not swaying you to go that route. If I was doing it over again I would definitely go LSOH for an UQ! If you would like to borrow it and I am not able to attend I am sure I can get it to Underserviced before the hang.

Friday night is more likely than Saturday. We would have a day trip Saturday and be back if it works.

Some of the food ideas I have kicking around so far. Shrimp Creole, Shawarma lamb kabobs, maybe a pot of baked beans with chunks of bacon since I still have some country cured bacon left from last trip. I'm thinking pineapple upside down cake in the dutch oven for desert.
