idk, maybe with one of those pee funnel things, but it has a funnel built in. I tried to use a Gatorade bottle last winter in the hammock, but I just couldn't function laying down on my side.Originally Posted by jellyfish

I have one (actually a few) and you need to stand up to use it. And lean forward. I am not sure I could make this happen.

Wow! The ultimate in lazinessWho would take a chance of getting pee in their hammock using one of these while sill in it? Not me. This is just part of the adventure - getting up at night and climbing back in cold.
Just get a bottom entry Hennessy Hammock.... problem solved.
I use a Cabela’s Little John or similar. Once I’m tucked in for the night, I’m not getting out of my hammock for anything less than the zombie apocalypse. Heck, I don’t even sit up. “Position the bottle”, pee, pour over the side. Done.
It’s urine, not scorching toxic waste.
