    Maybe we could shuttle cars so that some are parked at the boat put-in and maybe just one (depending on numbers) where we start the hike. I think there was some question about whether parking was allowed at the logging road/trail head. Then we just hijack a canoe or two and pick up anything we left in our cars. It's a 20-minute paddle, so super easy.

    still waiting for approval to get the time off.. Really hope I can do this hang. Missed it last year and was bummed. I have 2 canoes now.

    Oh it was amazing last year! Especially the paddle back on Sunday. THAT was exciting! You know you are having fun when you have to make a plan to meet up if your canoe sinks or capsizes! Lol...

    That DOES usually work, though my father's the one who takes me hanging in the first place!

    I'd love to make this hang since I missed it last year, but in reality we'll have to see how Chaaaz is doing medically (and also what he wants to do for Father's Day). Those pesky diseases of his are always getting in the way. They keep showing up to events even though they were never invited!
