Received confirmation yesterday. A different place for us to hang and explore.

Checked it out recently and the pitcher pump wasn't working at that time. Contacted SWFWMD and they will be looking into repairs. If not repaired I'll be sherpaing in water and the river is less than a mile. The hike in is .7 miles all on 2 track to blue connector. About .5 miles due east of the trailhead to intersection of forest road 12 then bear right or to the south to camp.

Waiting on information about address for trailhead and the pitcher pump. I'll update with that info asap.

Seems like google map gives this coordinates for the parking (28.2230316,-82.1464333) with street view and also an address at 40509 Chauncey Rd. Hopefully this is accurate.

Looks good to me. The right hand post between the two trees has the address on it but Couldn't make it out from street view. Thanks.

I’m very interested and should be good for at least one night. The boat I’ve been building is going to be getting completed right around that weekend which is why it might just be a one night trip for me. It’ll be nice to go somewhere new.

For you NW to 27 then N to 60, W to polk/hillsboro line, N to I-4, W to Park Rd. exit. N on Park to Sam Allen W on SA to 39, N on 39 to Chancey Rd. E on Chancey whichwill curve to N for 2.5 miles to trailhead on R
