My new suspension kit is really neat and filled with titanium goodness. I have Dutchware Cinch Bugs on two 12 foot dynema/poly tree straps and I'm using Hammock Fan Tree Anchors that I bought from BIAS. My entire suspension weighs 5.4 ounces!
I really like this setup and the Tree Anchors are pretty nifty. They work like a carabiner or Dutch Clip when attaching your tree straps to a tree. To use them you larkshead a small continuous loop to the end of your tree strap and then you slide the Tree Anchor onto the tree strap before putting on the Cinch Bugs. Then you wrap the end of the tree strap around the tree and attach the continuous loop through the hooks on the Tree Anchor.
