HOW TO REMOVE PHOTOS

Can anyone tell me the steps necessary to remove photos that remain in the FILE UPLOAD MANAGER's section called Folders/Home? At the bottom of that folder I checked Select All beneath it where it says, 'Uploads not utilized within one hour will be deleted' and nothing is happening,...no deletion.

I'm not sure on this one. Is your intent to just clean up the File Upload manager? Or do you want to delete the original files (even if they are used in another post)?

The File Upload Manager displays images (or other files) you've attached in posts. I'm guessing deleting the image would delete the attachment from the original post as well, but I don't see a way to delete the attachment once a post has locked (you retain edit rights to a post for awhile & can delete it then, but once it locks I don't see how).

You can also view attachments you've uploaded by the following:

1 - On your computer / Hammockforums.. click on Odds & Ends and select UserCP.
2 - Within UserCP, on the left side, scroll down to the bottom & you will see Miscellaneous / Attachments.
3 - You will then see a list of attachments. If the image is in your gallery (not attached, but uploaded to a gallery), you can delete from here. But I don't see an option to remove attachments. You can see what thread the image was uploaded to.

My only thought is you may have to have edit rights to the original post to remove.
