Come check out the Tensa4 tensahedron stand and other hammock stands at http://www.TensaOutdoor.com and [email protected]
I've only used my inside so far but it's pretty awesome.
I've yet to try to figure out how to hang a tarp over it. Any special tips?
If you have longer than an 11' tarp, just choke up the excess on one side and pull it through the "V" at the apex, and tension. Not the prettiest, but gets 'er done. Forthcoming tarp extensions add height in addition to width: nice.

It's coming today. I'm so busy. My wife asked last night when it was coming and she said, make sure you get all your work and chores done before you play with your new stand!! Dangit...

Wuhooo!! Going to review it on my blog too. Very nice quality just unpacking it. I can see the little issues with the buttons that people are referring to. I have only extended one pole and one of the buttons doesn't snap out all the way. Easy file fix though I suspect. Nice job Tensa folks!!

Hi, how much would it be to ship one of these to the UK?
Sweet!
Touch up with a file, or extract offending spring buttons and twist the leaf spring so that the button is a little more perpendicular to the spring. Easy peasy!
Latherdome, I have not used the head tether at all yet, but I'm curious why it was decided not to make that one a UCR like the other lines? Not even a loop on the stake end of the head-tether, IIRC. I like knots, just curious is all...
Post #600 in this thread! Congrats on all that buzz!
