    Backcountry.com has 2 of the closed cell pacific outdoor pads in stock. I got the uber mountain (3/4 pad) for $53 bucks.

    They actually have two models - men's and women's, quite different models - but 15 of the men's in stock (actually 14 now ).

    Wow, yet again an ancient thread is resurrected! But, thanks for the very interesting link! Someday this stuff might make a very thin but super warm hammock pad.
    Apparently, signature that I used from 2006 no longer tolerated so now deleted.
