    I think I might be in recovery at this point.Three top quilts are plenty.0,20,40 degree pretty well covers the waterfront.We won't talk about alcohol stoves and kitchen gear though...............

    Well,actually,I am one of those few people who don't really like Cuben fiber tarps other than strictly for the weight savings.That's the only thing good I can say about Cuben.I don't like doors either.That said,next trip I am taking the Winter Palace 11 footer coupled with a 10 foot hammock because it's supposed to be cold and windy.Three season tarp is my new SLD 12 foot WIDE Xenon hex in black,9 oz. heavier than my WP but it's a Cadillac.........
