    Drying Hammock-Maytag?

So I started the process of hanging in the back yard, and then got distracted before I put the tarp up. Then the rain came and soaked the overcover, and the undercover did an excellent job of making a waterbed style underquilt. If I toss everything in the Maytag dryer on a low setting, will it cause any harm?

just hang the hammock is should dry quick. The underquilt trick from Brandon at warbonnett is to throw some tennis balls in there with it to help break up the clumps. If you are gonna dry everything then I would consider 1 item at a time to reduce risk of the WTF face. Low heat!

It shouldn't hurt anything if you keep the heat low. You could also just hang the hammock up to air-dry..doesn't take very long.

Well, it worked. But it did sound like I had an industrial rock tumbler.

Just a stock HH Hyperlite, so no cinch buckle. I'm guessing it is the Spectra line whipping around inside. I probably should have wound and bound it, but I was in a hurry.
