Hey all, have been poking through the forums for the past few weeks, figured I'd say hello. Started reading through whiteblaze getting ready for an AT hike, and found my way to the hammock section and eventually over here. Fast forward a few weeks and many threads read, and I've been decked out by the jacks.
I'm heading out to Israel tomorrow and will hike on the INT for a few weeks, and am all the more excited to be taking along the hammock. Considering how often I manage to fall asleep floating around in my kayak, hanging should be grand. Hopefully my family over there haven't been playing a joke on me telling me there are trees in northern Israel.
Anyways, thanks for the great resource you all have created here!
