I understand some people's business operations are different than others, but I'll bet I've called Hammock Gear 20 times and have yet to have anyone answer the phone. And this is during all times of the day.
Any advice on how to talk to a live person?

Try an email. I've had excellent service from them with prompt response to email inquiry.
Same here. I understand some people prefer a phone call, especially for technical questions. But a lot of places use email so they can keep a record and also keep working, answering emails every hour or so to stay on schedule. Absolutely. I can't imagine that they would call back random numbers that don't leave messages. Hope you get in contact with them soon.
