new Scout?

Happened to be on Hennessy website a few days ago and the youth Scout hammock wasn't listed there at all. Went back today and the Scout is back. Looks like a new model. (I bought a Scout last fall on the Hennessy October Odds & End sale for my friend's son who camps with us.) The Scout I received has a green stuff sack and a printed weight limit of 150 pounds. The new model looks like it comes in a black stuff sack and the weight limit is now listed as 200 pounds. It is also described as being asymmetrical while I think the Scout I received has tie-outs on the hammock that are not asymmetrical. (Tie-outs on each side in the middle.)

Nice upgrades and the price is still $99. During the Odds & End sale there were a lot of Scouts available for $49, which is what I paid. Mine came still with tags on and looked brand new and not ever set up.

Anyone get one of the new Scouts yet?

As soon as I noticed the Scout was Asym, I ordered one. I am 5'2 " and even the expedition is too big for me. The scout is just fantastic. Perfect for a smaller person.
Hennessy is now my favourite. I sleep in a hammock every night.

I like the material on the Scout better than that on the Expedition. It is still super strong but has softer feel. It is quite a bit bigger than the Cub Asym zip which really still fits me best!. The zipper is not as heavy duty as the ones on the adult models.
