After doing the hammock comparison video, several people commented that I could have added a couple of pieces to my Sparrow to show more options that Dream Hammock offer. I agreed and thought I should do just that. So I sent my hammock back to DH to have the Peak Loft added, and while it was there I bought a gear sling as well. Here are my thoughts on it!
You could also replace your double ended stuff sack for your hammock with the gear sling. That way you've got multiple uses for the one piece of gear.
Yup, you just barely scratched the surface of what that gear sling can do!

Great video Spiguyver. You are my go to reviewer on all things hammocks now. I too appreciate your balanced and fair reviews on items you have purchased. The mollymac gear sling is also interesting as it is made of a waterproof fabric. Another use of a gear sling would be a hammock chair and or a waterproof backpack cover like the 2T hammock chair. Thanks for the kick butt review.
