    1 or 2 zipper ?

From all choice available, im still close on choosing a claytor JH..

A mosquito net is a must for me, and i know that if I dont want it I can flip the hammock over.. but I would like to know if you can unzip both side.. and just hang the mosquito over my head, and quickly untie it and zip both side as needed..

Does the jungle hammock only have 1 side with a zipper. ?

Thank you for your time and answer..

PM (private message) NEO here on the site. He is/was a Claytor fanatic. He doesn't hang on this forum much anymore, but a PM will go to his email, too, and he can come on and tell you everything you want to know. He tends to have strong opinions, and you have to just realize that he's just telling like he sees it.

From looking at his Claytor, I'm thinking it is a narrower hammock. It's meant for straight sleeping, with less sag so you don't end up like a banana. I have an off brand jungle hammock off E-Bay that I slept in one night early on in my hammocking experience, and I don't recall any problems sleeping or getting comfortable. My issue with it was that there wasn't any inside storage pockets or anything. I now know how to add a ridgeline to hang things from.

The Claytor only has a zipper on one side.

If 2 zips is important to you, have a looksee at the Switchback.

I checked out the Switchback at last Falls Hot Springs Hang and wow! It is a sweet hammock indeed. The craftsmanship is top notch on it and if I was to buy another hammock it would be Switchback!
