I have never suffered cold with gear from either vendor.
JRB does make the more multi-use gear though. Check the Sierra Sniveller at 6:47 in video below. You can wear it!

"...in Florida, she felt air conditioning for the first time, and it was cold and unnatural upon her skin."
I use the multi-use Sierra Stealth as my summer quilt, let's me pack one less article of clothing.
We own underquilts from both vendors and they both make excellant products. You really can't go wrong quality wise.
With both products being excellent I guess the decision comes down to which company has the best logo. Loco Libre is my choice.
Both are really top notch. Can't go wrong either way, but like Peppy says, the Mount Washington Series of Under quilts made by JRB has a really good fit for the luxury/ Big Boy Bridge Hammocks made by Just4You gear (Justbill).
I own quilts from both vendors, I love them both equally as they have performed outstanding. But I do enjoy my crazy colored Loco Libre quilts (orange/purple). Seriously, you can't go wrong with either vendor as others have said.
George's quilts are worth the wait.
